Mods calm down yeah?

I've been reading the forums alot lately and there have been quite a few threads started just to discuss several issues floating around MCSG which I think are perfectly fine. Most of these threads do point out that it did not want to start flame wars. And it always seem that some mods (NOTE NOT ALL, NOT ALL,not pointing fingers) always seem to take criticism offensively.

Do understand that criticism to the staff does not mean they are calling the MCSG staff bad, it can mean just a heads up on what the staff can work on.

Also, instead of always just saying how much effort the mods put in as a defense (we all know you guys work hard<3), think about taking in criticism and making yourselves improve. Try showing these critics and not telling them how much you've done. Some people just don't see how much you guys put in but by replying and getting butthurt, just doesn't reflect well on the professionalism of the staff. We do have people in this community that will stand up for the staff so you guys don't have to worry.

Most of the threads are about the mods "bad moderating" which I disagree with I think they're great however I think the others don't they are extremely ungreatful and to take the criticism agressivley is fine

Well, I understand this for sure. I try my best not to go crazy on locking or taking things hard, so I hope I'm doing a decent job. I have no problem with this thread, for the time being, and to be honest, I'm glad that you're comfortable on the subject.

Just gonna claim my post on this thread before it gets nuked into orbit.

I find most mods here do an excellent job at moderating, probably the best round of staff I've seen, to be honest.

While I totally understand what you're saying, and do my best to take criticism constructively, the latest threads regarding moderators have been a bit in vain, calling us all bad.

While these threads proved great points, it is hard for some people to deal with such a large spectrum of 'disgrace' for their works.

Hopefully you can understand that if anyone possessed a rude tone on any thread you've seen, it was in reaction to that.

I'm hopefully not only speaking for myself in saying this, but as moderators, and higher, we enjoy criticism-- there's always room to improve, although there's a fine line between criticism, and constructive criticism.

This won't be locked.

It doesn't have a rude connotation, and in my opinion, is a fantastic form of constructive criticism.

I see no reason as to why this would be locked.
