1.7 sprint key binding

So since the big secret's out, that 1.7 will make the BSM mod obsolete by allowing sprinting to be bound to a key in the vanilla, which shouldn't be against the rules here, I'm wondering, what key will everyone bind it to? A lot of people are saying l. shift, but I'm used to using that for crouching, and l. ctrl I use for Optifine zoom. I'm thinking caps lock, but I'm not sure it can be bound to that. What is the most convenient key to bind sprint to?

Guys, I don't think anyone has mentioned this but...
if you click the sprint key, you will sprint until you hit something or hit a wall. You have to click the key again.
Your sprint will keep breaking each time it hits a wall/you hit something with your hand. It's like normal, basically.

Better Sprint Mod can still be noticeable. With the update, your sprint will still break.

BSM is still a hack on MCSG.

EDIT: I'd bind it to Ctrl and move my OptiFine zoom to R. Something like that.
