I have Fairy Tail in my queue and I plan to watch it, but the massive amount of episodes is kind of overwhelming. (I prefer shorter 12-24 episode series')

You've gotta find those nice 12-episode anime and marathon them in one evening.

I'm making my way through it pretty slowly (I'm on episode 25 I think at the moment.) It's surprising how accurate it is to the manga though. (I don't know if they still are though) I picked up a manga novel of One Piece when it was on sale and it is literally almost word for word the same as the anime.

Yeah the anime is really well done compared with the manga. I'm up to episode 651 or whatever the new one is that's coming out this weekend
