Happens to me a bit when I edit code on my personal websites.
EDIT: I checked the page's source code and i'm still looking for problamos. However, it could be an add-on that refuses to work with the user preferences. Not sure though. Though, it wouldn't make much sense, since it's refusing to work for this theme. Could just be a code.
