Also, and while this isn't an official rule as far as I know, it is a good idea: if you're submitting a video, DON'T include a big fancy intro. I often see intros that are twice as long or even more than the actual video. There's really no need for intros in report videos since their purpose of being uploaded is just for the sake of serving as evidence. When someone wants to quickly check the evidence, this makes it take longer, and it really irritates me and I'm sure I speak for other staff members as well.

And of course, already mentioned by StanMiniShow but very important to remember that your video should be unlisted for confidentiality reasons. (not private)

Making the video public is indeed a psychological tactic in and of itself. If they see themselves being tattled on, they'll not do it again....unless they're a complete dumbass.
Don't tell me what to do. It's my damn channel. If I want to make a mini-series out of catching MCSG's hackers, so be it. You have no jurisdiction over that.
