I didn't say remove them, simply retier them. Personally I don't really like Valleyside or Moonbas 9 that much though. (Moonbase 9 is just all around not enjoyable to look at personally and there's something about Valleyside, maybe it's the fact that I always fight like a bunch of teams with it, maybe I'd like it more if it was less poorly tiered, but I often have unfun games on it.)
[EDIT]: All you Fortune Island haters can go to your little corner, because despite all your criticisms, I always have fun playing it, the chest placement is good, and the map itself overall looks nice.
