While we're promoting maps, I'll just cough *go to my signature*. Plus I know that the voting system is being revamped, and that it's basically set in stone, but if I could suggest an idea I'd say make a map unvoteable for 2 lobbys after it has been played. I fear it's going to be a flip flop of breeze/ sg4 -- though I realize that this problem may very well be solved using the method that is going to be implemented.
