I know, I could talk with MCSG to get a few chests filled with boats. there will indeed be a lot of sticks and planks, thinking about solution for that.

Therse a pluggin that when you break a boat you get the boat back no sticks or wood

You also just could place some boats in your map. but the plugin would be a good idea.
