Complete honesty, really hate the first two ideas, especially the cruise. But the zoo could be really cool and a fun map to play. Someone should get on that.

That's not totally true. You can think that your pirate ships and construction zones are original with all your heart, but it's not going to make it anymore unique than the countless others who have built the exact same thing.

No, you can add flares of originality but a map THEME is either original or its not. I do like this idea however...
