Nope, Looks good.
Also, nice job picking a cooler, I didn't bother suggesting one since you aren't going to overclock, but that's a good cooler, I have the same one.

3570k? Why haven't you overlooked?

Yes, I have the 3570k and I don't need to overclock, I only overclock if I need to. So far I have been able to get over 60FPS with every game.
