5/12/13 Hydra vs Toxic 3-0 Win (Member was perm banned from toxic)

Dorky don't want to start any flame but just as a 3rd person viewing your page and toxic's page each clan posting a win I would like to know if the member from toxic who got perm banned. got perm banned for an offence he committed during the battle or if it was for another reason. If it was for an offence he committed in the battle then you deserve the win from dq but if it was for something else then I think the win should go to whoever won the battle.
Dorky you do not need to reply to this if you don't want any 3rd party to know but as a 3rd part I do have to say it is quite confusing.

If you don't mind could you please fill everyone (3rd parties) in on the situation but if you do not want to it is fine but i suggested taking an argument like this somewhere else with a moderator this could be fixed in a simple 5 minute skype call.
