You must realize that most of science is THEORIES, many of which have been disproven before. Science is about realizing what we don't know and accepting it, then working to develop a theory on how things work. In 50 years many theories will be revised and improved upon, and in 500 humans will probably think we were idiots.
Yes, you may be right but right now the current understanding we have of the world is a fact until we discover something else that can disprove it. Evolution and the big bang is a fact because its the only thing we know the be true based on current evidence. To deny that evidence is foolish and ignorant.

It is an undeniable fact that organisms have changed, or evolved, during the history of life on Earth. Evolution will most likely never be disproven because we have clear evidence that it absolutely happened.

SO that means he doesnt if there is no proof either way?
But there is proof of evolution and the big bang that shows that God didn't create the earth. Should we believe all things that are made up and have no evidence for?

When I think of why I believe what I do, and then think "well, why don't I deny God and see this 'truth' others are seeing" I think back to my personal experiences and life and realize that I wouldn't want to live any other way.

My friends, the entire world is controversial and full of things there is no way we'll ever know in our lifetimes. I have had many moments in my life where I have simply given up and tried to live a different way but it just felt weird and it didn't feel fitting.

I'm not one of the people who just regurgitates Bible verses and is utterly ignorant to the truths and facts of life, but I do for a fact believe in God. Why? Because nobody actually knows what the hell is going on. We have some very solid scientific theories and religions, but until we die, there is no way to for sure know. Therefore I'd rather live my life with assurance and hope that if there is a God out there (whom I believe in) that will grant those who believe in Him this eternal life. I'm not lying to myself, you're crazy to think that, I'm simply living in a positive and moral way following this Great God, compared to living every second of my life in this bleak mindset thinking that wen it's over it's over. Wouldn't you at least want to open the door for yourself? The ways of God have been around for the longest time, the very structure of the world we live in is based off of the teachings of the Bible. It's hard to deny something that is so prevalent in the roots of our lives, whether it is obvious or not.

You want me to prove God exists? Mmk. Let's talk about objective truth; the factual truth of something backed up by honest and legitimate witnesses. Let's say 200 people are in a large lecture hall at a college. Suddenly, there's a loud crash as the nose of a car plunges into the side of the building. The driver is in bad shape, but out of nowhere comes this four-year-old kid who pulls the car from the bulding, takes the driver out of the front seat, and then runs away. Every single one of those 200 students saw the same thing, so they tell that to the emergency responders who show up minutes later. That is obviously what happened because everybody saw it and confirmed the same stories. Therefore, theoretically, that happened, right. By all scientific teaching that incident is true! There are witnesses plenty who all confirmed their stories. This is also the practice of the US Court System, using witnesses to prove events true and set stories straight. Now, say hundreds of people interact with Jesus, follow him, see him, and all write about him confirming each others' stories. That's the EXACT same thing! Take for example the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the New Testament: all talk about different disciples experiences with Jesus, confirming each other's stories.

That right there is legitimate. You can't say my point is invalid or else you'd be not only disproving me, but yourself too. You can't tell me I'm blind or biased and say I'm wrong when there is literal truth behind that.

I have done my research too, and have a brain of my own. If you deny what I said just because it doesn't agree with your beliefs, then you're contradicting yourself and doing exactly what you say I'm doing. I care about all of you guys, like everyone here I assume.

If somebody can prove the Bible was somehow faked, I'm all ears.

If someone could prove the bible is true, I'm all ears. Lets all believe some old book that claims to know everything about the universe that a bunch of sand dwelling people wrote. You are real gullible.

I believe in the values of a Christian and the meaning behind them but I do not believe that God created everything, as science is rendering that obsolete.

Maybe there was some great 1st century acid trip that we all missed

Who knows, but I stand by what I believe and totally respect other opinions. We all have different backgrounds that have led us to different places c:

Its ok if you want to believe in God. Could you just at least accept evolution and the big bang to be a face? :)
LOL first century acid trip. You get a +1 for making me laugh. I don't understand your opinions but I respect them.

Oh, I of course believe both evolution and the Big Bang to be of reality. I mean, it can be easily seen that organisms adapt to their environments, and can evolve out of other beings.

Objective truth still doesn't exist.
